Playing with unbound accounts may result in account loss when switching accounts, reinstalling games, or changing devices.
Completing account binding can effectively prevent account loss!
Steps To Bind Account
1. Tap [Menu] – [Settings] – [Account] – [Bind Account].
2. Choose your preferred third-party platform for binding. (Currently supported: [Facebook account] and [Google account])
Note
1. A Facebook/Google account can only be bound to one game account.
- Recover Lost Account
If you lost your account, please contact us as soon as possible by tapping [More] – [Settings] – [Support] at the bottom of your game interface. After verifying the information you provided, we will help you recover your account.
Information that may be required
Your Role name, zone, country/region where you registered, last login time, commonly used login device, commonly used login location, recharge history.
Notes
1. Please provide as much account-related information as possible so that we can verify and process it without delay.
2. Selling, purchasing, sharing and giving away accounts to other players are violations of the Terms of Service. In these cases, we cannot guarantee the security of the account and therefore cannot recover the account for you.
3. We reserve the right to ban accounts that have been transferred between players without the explicit permission of Primitive Era Studio and will not provide any account services.
- Switch Account
Steps to switch account
1. Tap [More] – [Settings] – [Account] – [Switch Account].
2. Select [Facebook account] or [Google account] to switch.
Note
1. Before switching accounts, be sure to confirm that the current account has been bound, otherwise the account may be lost.
- Delete Account
1. Once the account is registered, it cannot be deleted.
2. The system will periodically clear accounts that have not logged in for a long time.
